Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care in packing each LullaBump, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll happily offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if required.
Change of Mind
As a small family business, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Email us at Support@lullabump.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
